Each item is made on demand.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Do you offer order tracking?


Yes. A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships.


Returns

Do you accept returns?

Yes.
You may return your order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

Because each item is produced on demand, we encourage customers to review the Size Guide carefully before placing an order.


Return conditions

Items must be:

  • unworn

  • unwashed

  • undamaged

  • returned in original condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or use.


Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • your order number

  • a short description of the issue

  • photos or videos of the product

We will replace the item or provide a refund at no additional cost.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct size exchanges.

If you ordered the wrong size, you may return the item within 14 days and place a new order separately.
